Required formalities for obtaining approvals and renewing approvals

Required Technical Documents:

For the purpose of certifying a terminal device or radio equipment, the required documents are as follows:

Technical documents:

• The equipment’s declaration of conformity,

• Test reports of the equipment from a recognized laboratory,

• The equipment user manual,

• Technical specifications and characteristics, including photos, schematics, and design diagrams;

• For foreign manufacturers and importers, they must provide a certificate of representation in favor of their local representative in Burkina Faso. (APPROVAL SERVICE BURKINA)

Note : For any type of equipment submitted for certification, the test reports must include - electromagnetic compatibility tests, radio frequency tests, and electrical safety tests.
